My previous workplace had a perm staff called Jessie. My current workplace has a temp staff called Jessie. So now, every day Jessie is calling Jessie. And blame it on my looks or luck, on both jobs I'm seated less than 5m from the bosses.
Me: woah I don't like it eh, in the bank I used to sit opposite the boss, now I'm seating beside the head!
Jessie: Yah, what's more u were specially hired to be under him for the project.
Me: Very sian leh, my job already super boring, every day I just do excel, calculate figures and make sure everything tally when most of the time they don't.
Jessie: I sometimes can whole afternoon nothing to do eh. Then most of the time I'll go online to chat, e-mail, read blogs, do online shopping...
Me: I can't eh! The boss always comes over to look for our officer. Then it's super hard to predict when he'll appear, have to be on the lookout all the time?!
Believe me when I say I can't wait for 30th May. Then again, I'll start making comparisons between my previous job and now, the pay, the people, the job scope etc.
Oh! You wouldn't believe me when I tell you I went for dance lesson yesterday. It's just a free trial, oh man I utterly disgraced myself with all the awkward actions and poses. Grace and Ami were just laughing non-stop at themselves too. They claimed that it was beginners class but the rest of the students are so pro lah. The instructor specially came to the back of the studio to correct our actions. And you won't believe when I tell you he told me that my actions must be bigger. ME lor. Out of 20 students he corrected yours truly. Swing your arms like some orang utan.
But never mind lah..since he's quite cute..I forgive him :)
another of our shopping spree
